TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the HEALUX website (www.healux.be), the online booking platform, and the purchase of infrared sauna sessions and related wellness services offered by HEALUX. By accessing the website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. COMPANY INFORMATION
HEALUX is operated by MJHB Consulting SRL, registered in Belgium. For any inquiries, please contact hello@healux.be.
2. SERVICES
HEALUX provides infrared sauna sessions (single and double sessions), wellness packages, and related services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through the website or at reception.
3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Prices are indicated in EURO (€) and include VAT where applicable. A confirmation email constitutes acceptance of the booking.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance or no‑shows may be charged 100% of the session fee. Packages and memberships are non‑refundable unless required by law.
5. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Infrared sauna use may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. Clients must complete a health declaration prior to their first session and confirm that they have no contraindications. HEALUX reserves the right to refuse service where health risks are identified.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by staff. HEALUX is not responsible for personal belongings brought onto the premises.
7. LIABILITY
HEALUX provides services with reasonable care and professionalism. To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, HEALUX shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of HEALUX and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
9. PRIVACY
Personal data is processed in accordance with the HEALUX Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
HEALUX shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
